AppleBee I, has its own private garden. The cottage has a separate bedroom with a queen bed and a full bathroom with a shower and bath. There is a 2nd bedroom with twin beds (or a king bed) and a three-quarter sleeper couch in the lounge.  It is set up for self-catering with everything required, including a table to work at, gas/electric stove, full-size fridge/freezer, microwave, fan, heater, electric blankets, etc.  

AppleBee II, consists of a large carpeted bedroom with air-con, aking/twin beds, and a bathroom with a shower.  There is a single bed in the lounge area. It has just been renovated and is fully self-catering with 2 plate gas hob with pots and pans, a full fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, electric frying pan, a dining table to work at, fan and heater, electric blankets, etc.  

The AppleBee Annex is a renovated room in the main house with a private entrance. Even though it has a queen bed in the bedroom, it is usually only available for single occupation.  It has a wet-room en-suite bathroom.  It is set up for semi-self-catering with a desk, a couple of chairs, Wi-Fi, microwave, single induction plate with pots and pans, toaster, kettle, bar fridge, electric blanket, fan and heater, hairdryer, etc.  You may hear some normal house noise. 

In the cottages, we provide teas, filter coffee, milk, homemade rusks, a choice of 3 kinds of cereal, and a complimentary fruit bowl included in the price.  If you prefer, we can supply a healthy continental or a hot breakfast in the cottages on request.  

Cottages are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised between guests. There is a full DSTV bouquet & Netflix on FHD flat-screen TVs in the main bedroom as well as the lounge areas in the cottages. Complimentary Fibre Wi-Fi internet is available.  Guests are welcome to use the swimming pool and a Weber braai is available for use in your own private garden. Secure off-street parking with remote access is provided. The property is fitted with generators and has borehole water backup.  AppleBee is conveniently situated 100m from St Andrew's Prep, 700m from St Andrew's College and DSG, and 1.2km from Rhodes University.
