ASCOT GARDENS consists of 3 private self-catering units on one property called ASCOT VILLA and is situated @ 30 Hiddingh Road in Bergvliet (Lower Constantia) in the Cape Town Southern suburbs and is only 16km from the City Centre and Waterfront.

ASCOT GARDENS fully equipped self-catering units are an ideal CAPE TOWN SOUTHERN SUBURBS base for holidays, business, wedding guests, sports groups, family celebrations and visiting friends or relatives.

The Airport, V&A Waterfront, City Center and Table Mountain are  25 minutes drive away and the 7 Constantia Wine farms, including Groot Constantia, are only 5 minutes' drive away. Within walking distance are Heathfield Train Station, bus stop, shopping centre and 6 excellent local restaurants, churches and 2 tennis and bowls clubs.

The 3 suites can be booked individually or  2 OR 3 units combined for larger families to occupy the entire Ascot Villa /House to sleep up to 10 or more (up to 14 persons) if required.

We supply all bed linen, bath towels, all kitchen utensils and crockery, plus ironing board and iron in each suite, and provide garbage bags, toilet rolls and dish washing and hand wash liquid.

• Private entrance and allocated secure off-street parking bays  are accessed via a remote-controlled security gate
•  All apartments are fully furnished with shower and or bath en suite and equipped with a stove or hot plate, microwave, fridge, pots, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery, kitchen towels, bedding, hand and bath towels, iron and ironing board.

• The apartments have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounges... The units are not serviced daily BUT for long stays the units are serviced and the bed linen and bath towels are CHANGED EVERY 7 DAYS.
  
•  Toilet rolls and dishwashing liquid is provided but not soap, tea/coffee/salt or other ingredients
  

LOAD SHEDDING  

• Units have gas or Butane cooker plates to use during load shedding for heating water for tea or coffee or cooking food 
  
• Some Light bulbs in units are rechargeable and work  during load-shedding 
  
• Wifi available  24/7, but not  during load-shedding
