If you want to stay at a place far away from the city's sounds and lights, where nature's beauty, song and smell overwhelm the senses then Blyde River Cabins is for you! These private log cabins are situated on the fringe of a critically endangered riverine forest. The constant sound of the perennial Blyde River creates an oasis of total relaxation where you can unwind from your daily stresses and routine.

The facility is 3-star graded and consists of two, exclusive self-catering river view units. Both units are air-conditioned and have fully equipped kitchens, private decks and braai bomas. Cosy Cabin sleeps a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and has two bathrooms with a shower and a bath. The Luxury Log House unit sleeps a maximum of 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. It has two bathrooms with showers and a bath. This unit also has a private jacuzzi on the deck. 

On-site we offer self-guided hiking trails and fishing. We also offer guided activities (at an additional charge): game and night drives, sunset drives, and guided bush or forest (river) walks. We are well situated between Kruger National Park and the Panorama Route (Blyde River Canyon) which provides for unforgettable day trips. The Hoedspruit area also boasts numerous activities such as wildlife rehabilitation centres, a reptile park, boat trips, quad biking, hot air ballooning, helicopter flips, and many more.

Note: Please contact us via WhatsApp due to poor voice reception. Also note we have a 12km gravel access road which is not suitable for low-rise sport vehicles or when towing a caravan or boat. The road is accessible with a normal sedan, but we advise an SUV or Pick-up. 4x4 not needed.
