KAALVOET APARTMENTS consists of three upmarket apartments only 150 metres from the beach, overlooking a beautiful view of the ocean on one side and a green belt of fynbos on the other. The apartments are on the ground floor with the owners living on the first floor. Each apartment is equipped with burglar bars (clear bars) for safety, onsite parking, as well as DStv.

All three units on the ground level (FYNBOS, SEASHELLS and OCEAN) are very spacious and tastefully furnished and decorated and has a view of the Ocean as well as the green Fynbos area adjacent to the house.  All the rooms and units are en-suite, has coffee and tea facilities, a microwave, small fridge, toaster etc. as well as a seating area in the unit. 

The FYNBOS LUXURY unit is well equipped with all the necessary utilities you will need to enjoy a comfortable self-catering stay.   It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with stove and oven, a dining room table seating 4 people and a small sitting area with a fireplace. The bedroom has a Queen Bed and a single sleeper couch ideal for a child. The en-suite bathroom has a bath and shower.  There is an outside braai facing the green Fynbos area, exclusively for the use of Fynbos guests.  Booking the adjacent Seashells apartment as well and opening the interleading door between the two apartments, makes it ideal for a family of 4 or 5 people.  

SEASHELLS is a very spacious open-plan, luxury suite facing the ocean and green belt and has two single beds that can be converted into a super king-size bed.  It has a spacious seating area and a private bathroom with a shower.  It is equipped with its own kettle, crockery and cutlery, toaster, microwave, small fridge and a patio with a table and chairs.  A portable braai can be supplied upon request.  Please note, it does not have a mini kitchen.  

OCEAN is a luxury suite facing the ocean and a view of the Green Fynbos area.  It has a separate bedroom with a Queen Bed and a Bunk bed.  It has another daybed in the adjacent living area.  The living area has ample seating and a table and chairs. It also has a kitchen equipped with a Gas stove and oven, kettle, electric frying pan, toaster, egg boiler, crockery and cutlery.  It has one bathroom with a shower. You also have your own patio with a table and chairs. A Weber braai is supplied on request.
