Karoo Life B&B is situated in the historic Queen Street in Calitzdorp. The main house dates back to the 1880’s and you will find the original yellow wood floors in the dining room. The rooms in the garden each has their own entrance and are equipped with air-conditioning, ceiling fans, bar fridges and coffee/tea making facilities. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers.

We offer a delicious breakfast at an additional cost and there is safe off-street parking. Free Wi-Fi and a sparkling swimming pool for those hot summer days. Karoo Life B&B is close to wine cellars, famous for their port-style wines. Walking distance from the Calitzdorp museum and restaurants. 

Enjoy a laid-back dinner at Salie Grill House & Pizzeria, which is on our premises and fully licenced. The menu features a variety of dishes including Beef Rump or Sirloin, Ostrich fillet, Lamb Chops and Lamb Curry.

The area is also known for its indigenous flora, especially the 500 species of succulents (200 of which are found nowhere else on earth).
