Klipperant Kothuise offers two charming cottages, Stadsjapie en Plaasjapie. It is located on a private smallholding in Rayton, Bloemfontein. The cottages are unique and tastefully decorated and equipped for basic self-catering needs.

Stadsjapie offers ideal accommodation for a couple with the option of a sleeper couch in the living space next to the kitchenette, for a third person, preferably a child. The bedroom contains a double bed and open-en-suite facilities with a shower, basin and toilet. (keep in mind this bathroom will be shared with the 3rd guest.) The cottage offers air-conditioning in the bedroom and a roof fan in the living space. The open-plan lounge area has a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer (bigger than a bar fridge). The lounge area features a sleeper couch with 2 chairs, a smart tv, Netflix and Dstv Now.  It also includes uncapped wifi. The cottage has a lovely patio area with equipped braai, table and chairs, with a view across the garden.  Towels and a hairdryer are provided. 

Plaasjapie can accommodate up to 4 adults. There is an open loft area with 2 three quarter beds. Downstairs offers a queen size bed that steps into the open plan lounge area with a fully equipped kitchenette (See details as stadsjapie). The unit offers a separate bathroom with a bath, shower, basin and toilet. The open-plan area consists of 2 armed chairs and a smart TV with Netflix, wifi and DSTV Now. The facility is designed so that you can view the tv in the comfort of your bed or from the armchairs. The cottage offers air-conditioning. The open-plan lounge area has a well-equipped kitchenette with a gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge/freezer (larger than a bar fridge).  It also includes uncapped wifi. The cottage has a lovely patio area with equipped braai, table and chairs, with a view across the garden. Towels and a hairdryer are provided.
