All rooms have a private entrance equipped with DStv, heating, coffee/tea facilities, a coffee table with armchairs, bathroom amenities, a dressing table with a chair, ample wardrobe space, an international plug point, emergency lights, a ceiling fan and a safe.  

• Swaps during any Peak Periods will be limited.
• Check-In from 2 - 5:30 - Check-in close at 6 pm
• No telephone / same-day arrival swaps will be accepted.
• Sea Otters Lodge is not a self-catering establishment.
• Sea-facing en-suite bedrooms with sea view and direct beach access from the property
  
• A room sleeps up to a maximum of 2 adults/persons (13 years and older) + 1 x Child U/13 on a single sleeper couch in the same room subject to availability.
• No children U/3 allowed in rooms situated on the 1st-floor level.
• The kitchenette on each floor is equipped with a microwave oven, fridge/freezer and a prep bowl.
• Breakfast is not included in the room rates. Served English breakfast is available as an optional extra during your stay at an additional cost SQ.
• No day visitors are allowed. Guests are not allowed to invite family, friends and/or acquaintances over for a visit and/or braai. Onsite facilities are for the exclusive enjoyment of guests of Sea Otters Lodge and the owners.
