Sea Point Delight is a lovely 1 bedroom apartment in the heart of a vibey and trendy area, 100m away from the Atlantic Seaboard and renowned Sea Point Promenade, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, beauty salons, supermarkets...everything you need. Within a 5-15 min drive, you can reach the V&A Waterfront, Lion's Head, Table Mountain, the City Bowl District and the freeways.

• The flat does not have an inverter, but the wifi works well during load shedding and luckily, it is on the first floor.
• There is a lovely communal pool, with loungers and a beautiful sea view. 
• There is a 24-hour concierge at the reception.
