Thabile means “a place of happiness” in the native language of Sotho and is situated at the foothills of the Swartberg mountains in the Little Karoo. We are outside Oudtshoorn and also close to De Rust in the Little Karoo, South Africa.

The lodge’s quiet, farm atmosphere offers sanctuary from the glow and buzz of the city – the perfect oasis for balancing the mind, body and soul. The spacious and rustic rooms include a patio, tea-and-coffee-making facilities and free WiFi. The private bathrooms have a bath or shower and feature a handmade basin. Guests can relax at the pool, overlooking the mountains or visit the sauna. Other facilities at Thabile Lodge include a garden and a shared lounge.
