The Fisherman's House is situated in Boland Park, Mossel Bay, and is within easy reach of Diaz Beach and numerous shops and restaurants.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms and can accommodate 6 guests at a time. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a separate, guest bathroom which is shared by the second and third bedrooms.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove and oven, a fridge, microwave, coffee- and tea-making facilities, crockery and cutlery.  The lounge has comfortable seating and Wi-Fi is available. Guests have access to braai facilities as well as a lock-up garage for secure parking on the premises.
