• There is a separate study/office / dedicated workplace (newly renovated). 
• A 27″ Samsung computer monitor is included in monthly rentals and office chair.
• Open plan lounge with TV (Netflix). The lounge has a view of Table Mountain.
• Open plan dining area with seating for 4.
• Newly renovated, open plan kitchen with a slight view of the ocean, gas hob (great for power failures), oven, air-fryer, Nespresso coffee machine, large fridge/freezer.
• Built-in water filter in the kitchen for filtered drinking water (no need to buy water).
• Bathroom with bath, shower and toilet.
• Access Control, Totness Place is a very safe complex.
• 1.5 km’s or 15-minute walk to the beach (a choice of Camps Bay beach and Bakoven beach) and Camps Bay Village with a host of restaurants.
• 100 meters to a convenience store/deli and famous restaurant (The Hussar Grill).
• 150 meters to the MyCiti bus stop which goes to the city.
• Housekeeping at an additional charge.
• Size: +/- 77 square meters.
• A safe in the cupboard for passports, mobile phones etc.
• Large communal garden with two picnic tables in two different parts of the garden.
• Uncapped fibre internet with backup battery – can last for at least 7 hours during power failures and recharges 100% in 45 minutes. There are rechargeable globes in all the standing lamps and bedside tables.
• There is ample parking outside the gate for visitors. Parking behind the gate is available at an extra charge.
