Utshwayelo, Kosi Mouth Lodge is situated at the entrance of the Isimangaliso Wetland Reserve (UNESCO World Heritage Site) a short distance from the mouth of the estuary. The Lodge offers a rustic beach lodge atmosphere with a touch of luxury.

Visitors can enjoy pristine beaches and superb snorkelling at the mouth, night-time turtle tours (mid-Nov to mid-March is a bucket-list item). In addition, activities on the spectacular lake and estuary system include a three-lake boat cruise, kayak tours on the estuary, a fish trap tour of the ancestral Tonga fish kraals, hiking and birding.
